What is real-time 3D, and how is it different from a rendered video?

Unlike a pre-rendered video with a fixed camera path, our real-time 3D runs live: you or your client can freely explore the model, change materials, colours and layouts on demand, from any device. Nothing is baked in advance - what you see is generated on the spot.

Which industries do you work with?

We work mainly with nautical shipyards and brands, alongside industrial, real estate, fashion and art clients who need to sell or showcase a product before it physically exists. Our clients include Pardo, Van Dutch, Grand Soleil, Nike, Mapei, Italtherm, Luxottica and Barnes.

What do I actually get - a configurator, a VR experience, or something else?

All three, built from a single 3D asset. Our platform includes a real-time 3D Configurator, an Immersive VR walkthrough, and an AI Content Creation tool for images and video. You invest once in your 3D model and reuse it across every sales channel.

Can the configurator be embedded on our own website?

Yes. Our Standard edition (URP + WebGL) is lightweight and can be embedded directly into your website in a few lines of code - ideal for dealer networks and full catalogue coverage. Our Premium edition (HDRP + 3D Cloud Streaming) delivers maximum photorealistic quality streamed from the cloud, best suited to flagship models, boat shows and private presentations.

How reliable are the AI-generated images and videos?

Our AI Content Creation platform is trained specifically on the nautical and product world, and generates directly from your real 3D asset rather than from a text prompt. That means no hallucinations: the boat, or product, stays perfectly coherent even when you change a single detail like colour or finish.

We don’t have a finished 3D model yet - can you still help us?

Yes. We typically start from your existing Rhino files or other 3D sources and build an accurate digital twin from there. The real engineering work is optimising that model so it runs live, in real time, without losing visual fidelity.

Why Wide VR instead of a rendering studio or agency?

We’ve been engineering real-time 3D since 2018, across nautical, automotive, fashion and industrial projects - including the first-ever 3D cloud-streaming exhibition, delivered with artist Yayoi Kusama. We don’t just produce a pretty video: we build and optimise the interactive engine behind it, which is the genuinely hard part.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines depend on the complexity of the model and whether a 3D asset already exists - we scope every project individually after an initial call.
